The Journey Continues

As we bid farewell to another term, we also come to the end of a significant chapter in the College's story with the departure of our Year 12 students. 1h1a0032.jpg
Today's Year 12 Mass and Farewell Assembly celebrated the journey of these gentlemen and honoured all those who have supported them along the way.

These young gentlemen have flourished, learned, and matured within the nurturing embrace of our school. Their unwavering optimism and resilience during the tumultuous years of the pandemic, coupled with their commitment to personal excellence, is truly commendable.

As we send them forth to face WACE exams, workplaces, and higher education, we are confident in their readiness to confront the challenges and seize the opportunities that await them. The strong foundations and values instilled in them by their families and the College in partnership will serve as their compass as they navigate their exciting path that awaits them. We are immensely proud of their accomplishments and eagerly anticipate hearing about their future successes.

In saying farewell to one group of students, we also look forward to greeting another. Just this past weekend, we warmly welcomed many Year 6 students to our campus for their testing day. These young boys represent the next generation of CBC Gentlemen, and we are thrilled to have them join our school community. Their enthusiasm and energy are a reminder of the fresh perspectives and new possibilities that each new school year brings. We are confident that they will quickly find their place within our school's rich tapestry, becoming an integral part of our College's constantly unfolding story.

As we take this moment to reflect on the past and look to the future, let us also remember each of our 900 students who strive to do their best every day, who have brought joy and kindness into the lives of others, and who have made the most of the opportunities bestowed upon them.

I extend my heartfelt thanks to the dedicated staff, supportive families, and hardworking students who make CBC Fremantle the vibrant and dynamic community that it is. Together, we continue to shape a bright future, one student at a time.

Before I conclude, I want to express my gratitude to the entire CBC community for the support you've shown me personally following the recent loss of my beloved father. Thank you for being a source of strength and comfort during this difficult time.

Wishing everyone a safe and restful break, and looking forward to the adventures that the next term will bring.
