Rain gave way to sunshine at the annual ACC Cross Country Carnival, with 39 CBC athletes putting in outstanding performances to place CBC fifth in the competition of 77 schools.
Seasoned runners Year 11 Ky Hehir finished second in the Under 19 category, and Oliver McManus backed up his All Schools performance with another strong performance, finishing 11th.
Our Under 19 team had our best team result of the day, finishing in second position in their category, just three points away from winning the trophy. Congratulations to Ky Hehir, Johann Szymanski, Samuel Walters, Jacob Woods, Luka Adams, Oliviero Mulletta and Cooper Arndt for all their hard work and commitment.
