The College community gathered to honour excellence at a special assembly this morning, shining a light on the diverse talents of CBC gentlemen.
The assembly began with an address from CBC Principal Mr Domenic Burgio, where he challenged the boys to be the best version of themselves.
"If you have turned up to school every day and given it your best shot, then you should be as proud as any of the awards recipients."
Certificates of Excellence were presented to boys who received 100% positive indicators during Semester 1, an outstanding achievement. Students who progressed in Spelling were also recognised.
After the academic awards, students who excelled in swimming were presented with All Star Awards. Special guest Trent Sharpe from the ACC then presented the prestigious Letter Awards to students who have achieved an All Star Award four years in a row. This year's recipients share a special connection, with brothers Declan Mould (Year 10) and Tremayne Mould (Year 12) both being awarded ACC Letter Awards for their swimming achievements.
The CBC Fremantle Jazz Combo added to the celebration with a fabulous performance in between the awards presentations.
Proud parents enhanced this morning's celebration as they watched their sons proudly shake Mr Burgio's hand and receive the applause of their peers, before enjoying a morning tea together with staff.
